Limitations
Palladium® Textured Coating must be applied to structurally sound, solid, clean and dry substrates. It should not be applied to loose, crumbly, chalky, or smooth plastic surfaces. Surface must also be free of any oil, solvent, or asphalt impregnated materials or oil-based finishes of any kind.
